From the age of 14, Jerry cut his teeth in his family’s fourth-generation business — Conti Construction, founded in 1906. Leading from the Front (2015–2020)

Jerry stepped into CEO roles, co-founding and operating ventures such as Lux Vacation Rentals LLC, LuxHomePro Holdings LLC, and BoomSTR Inc. He acquired rights to 24+ luxury vacation homes, scaled a multi-million dollar rental operation, and pioneered marketing systems still used today. This phase expanded his reach into real estate, digital products, and tech-integrated experiences.
